Now, in a most cruel irony, Wesley Clark testified against a fellow mass murderer (as they always do) Slobodan Milosovich, in DECEMBER 2003 (just when all of the courts are in recess - so nobody could 'do a Pinochet' on 'gool-ole-boy' Wes ...).

You see, the fact is that Wesley's Commander-In-Chief William Clinton signed the Treaty of Rome and the USA is actually bound by it - which is why Kissinger was as nervous-as-a-cat-on-a-hot-tin-roof (over the Italian 'Jobs') when he last visited London.

And, get ready, why BUSH II was allowed into Europe to do his Triumphalist Tour (because no nations in the Middle East felt 'rescued' nor 'beholden' this time) under diplomatic cover of a "Sovereign State Engagement'.

You see, in LAW Bush II is also bound by HIS previous Commander-In-Chief's (Wm. Clinton) signing up the USA to the Treaty of Rome!!!

Kissinger would (and might yet) be included here - but I cannot find stomach to look at, nor enough space for, his fat mug - unless it is pasted in bed with his murdering socialist buddy Mugabe.

FedGov irony and a 'war' too far?

FedGov irony - now that God, plus any sense of morality, have been thrown out of everything official:

As I recall - it was Billy Graham's daughter, on the Jay Leno Show - who related, amongst other similar items - that God had been thrown out of the schools.

Maybe this explains why some kids have gone berserk at school; to kill classmates, teachers and themselves (to say nothing of their parent's antics ...).

And, the FedGov has spied on and sequestered entire churches - plus shot up and roasted Christian babies in occupied Texas - with impunity.

Now, this latest UNDECLARED 'war' on yet another abstract noun 'terror' (remembering, of course, that 'war' is always supposed to rescue the economy) will not reap any reward (nor spoils) of substance - and seems to be dragging America nowhere - but down - and farther into already unfathomable debt slavery.

Just like the war on alcohol - 75 years ago - that created the Mafia (currently the best organized and well-financed political party in America ...). LOST.
The expensive 'war' on drugs. LOST.
The expensive 'war' on crime. LOST.
The VERY expensive 'war' on communism in Korea and Vietnam. LOST. (Well, at least until godless communism finally collapsed - without Western support in the 1980s.)

The Rights of the American people (who cannot control their govenment's antics and - by and large - are not responsible for this mess) have been eroded to nothing. Now you can have everything you own taken away on a mere accusation, to be left with nothing to defend yourself with - even if you are innocent.

The rather less than righteous stock market has been completely corrupted.

Apparently, the thieves on Wall Street raped and pillaged it so effectively - financially speaking - they are now finding that global investors have lost confidence in their markets.

And, guess what? The global economy is now collapsing because of this lunacy - with the dollar looking as if it is going into 'freefall'...

So, now God (and arguably all morality) was removed from the Pledge of Allegiance - by a so-called 'conservative' AND 'patriotic' US Supreme court ... plus removed from their lower courts.  

OK. What do they expect now?

Gratitude from the people PLUS His everlasting divine bounty and blessings?

Surely they do - and will demand it. But, why do I get the odd feeling that God is not listening at the moment?

If Argentina NOW - and the collapse of the mighty Soviet Union over 10 years ago - are anything to go by, at some point the people might not be listening either.

And, you may recall President Wm. Clinton, while traveling in the New Russia, was asking everyone there to pay their taxes - including income tax.

That was beyond surreal ...

Whatever the powers-that-be are up to - or think they are up to - it sure ain't workin' nor lookin' very good. One might even be forgiven for thinking the writing is on the wall ...

So, where does it go from here?

Perhaps the supreme irony is that Wm. J. Clinton, signed the Treaty of Rome and as Lincoln's General Orders 100 of 24 April 1863 (FIND: http://www.yale.edu/lawweb/avalon/lieber.htm ) is still in FULL force and effect, said Treaty of Rome is the Law of the Land in the USA (2/3rds Senate 'approval' is not required for Treaties when the Full-Time Commander-In-Chief (without declared war - no less) is the SUPREME: Jurist, Executor, and Legislator makes an Executive Order.

In most places this is known as a military dictatorship ...

However - any American: citizen, soldier or officer of the government is automatically under the jurisdiction of the Treaty of Rome should they commit War Crimes, Crimes Against Humanity, genocide and/or politically motivated murder.  As the 'war' in Iraq was not Formally nor Mutually declared, just like the 140 odd years of occupation of Sovereign Texas from 1866, Afghanistan and Iraq are now official US occupied colonies supposedly with the guarantees of the US constitution (according to Federal Judge Herbert Jay Stern's ruling over a Polish hijacking that landed in West Berlin  / Judgement in Berlin - 1978).

But, you see there is no US CONstitution nor republic. One Abraham Lincoln (instead of going back to the people by ballot over and over again until resolution) treasonably terminated both by implementing the US's undeclared, un-civil non-'war', when he fraudulently borrowed the money under Executive Order 1 - signed on 15 April 1861 to wage that un-civil non-'war'.

Then, president/dictator U.S.S. Grant sold America to the banksters that Incorporated the USA when he imposed the unconstitutional 14th Amendment that was NEVER RATIFIED BY THE SEVERAL STATES.

The banks became the equity stakeholders and the people became the surety/chattel/slaves for the outstsanding and ever-mounting debt - with subsequent unbridled theft and waste.

The USA is a Federated COMPANY ruled by Color of Law tribunal non-jury 'courts' - enforced by a mercenary military and puppet politicians all paid by the banks - and charged to future generations of American born debt-slaves.

The USA Inc., on behalf of the banks, wages undeclared wars upon nations such as: Korea, Vietnam, Grenada, Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq - which, to those being attacked, is terrorism - by any other name.
